About the Role:
As the ITAS Platform Jr Analyst (remote) you will provide compliance support and execution for ITAS platform group, Disaster Recovery Plan (DRP) support – Planning, execution and lessons learned, accounts review (various applications) and clean up for non-compliance, Service Now - CMDB and APM maintenance and Local budget support (invoicing).
Other key responsibilities include:
- Support and provide data during Audit processes (PWC);
- EBS Access review – every quarter and close loop (user confirmation that the review was successfully executed);
- DataBase accounts password review;
- EBS GASS – group owner review;
- BPO agreements maintenance and follow up;
- SOA invoices management – guarantee all invoices are submitted on time;
- Prepare score cards and reports to help the management follow up where we are.
What you can bring to the role:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, Accounting or related fields;
- Previous experience in Internal Controls and/or User Support areas;
- Compliance and audit experience;
- Intermediate or Advanced English;
- Advanced proficiency in Windows Office suit, ability to handle Power BI, macros and VBA will be a differential.
