About the Role:

Are you a dynamic and experienced Senior Manager of HR Shared Services and Operations? Then this could be the perfect opportunity for you!

In this key leadership role, you will lead frontline HR functions that deliver upon our strategic pillar of service excellence through the provision of strategic and operational HR advice and services that drive performance outcomes of our plants across Australia. You will collaborate cross-functionally to ensure service delivery that optimizes business results and enhances the employee experience. You will be responsible for developing, executing, and operating a HR shared service strategy that supports the entire employee life cycle. Your initiatives will focus on process improvement, digital transformation, standardization, and delivering a best-in-class experience.

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Deliver high-quality, timely customer service to supported clients, meeting agreed targets in areas such as Employee Life Cycle, Talent, Global Mobility, Learning & Development, Compensation & Benefits, Payroll, and People Analytics.

  • Drive the people data management strategy, ensuring controls and compliance to manage operational, financial, and reputational risks, consistent with service level agreements.

  • Build sustainable relationships with customers to ensure local satisfaction with services provided, working in collaboration with global People Solutions Teams, HR Centers of Expertise, and HR Partners.

  • Challenge clients to think differently about how HR can support the workforce of the future and an agile enterprise.

  • Drive value creation for clients using digital HR solutions, advising on digital transformation roadmaps, and acting as a conduit between technology teams and wider business functions.

What you can bring to the role:

To play a part in our ongoing success we are seeking someone with:

  • Deep expertise in delivering HR Service Delivery transformations, including HR services, SLAs/metrics framework, quality measures, continuous improvement, process optimization, and vendor management.

  • Excellent understanding of the latest trends, strategic and operational value levers in HR, and the digital enablers required to add value and enhance employee experiences.

  • Experience in solving business problems using the latest technology solutions, such as HR cloud solutions, best-of-breed technologies, Robotics, Artificial Intelligence, IoT, and Analytics. Familiarity with Workday is a plus.

  • Proven ability to build senior management relationships and act as a trusted advisor, with highly developed interpersonal, representation, and communication skills.

  • Experience working with global teams, leading, creating, and sustaining a culture of high performance, collaboration, and continual improvement.

  • Demonstrated knowledge of legislation, policies, and practices relevant to contemporary human resources management.
