About the Role
Our Asset Management team is at the heart of our operations, ensuring that Alcoa's critical assets are operating at peak performance, minimising downtime and maximising efficiency. The team currently have a unique opportunity for a Global Maintenance Enterprise Solutions Lead to join us in optimising and elevating our global maintenance systems portfolio and help shape the future of our operations worldwide.
In this role, you will lead the delivery of best practice standards for master data management, performance metrics and work management optimisation. Your leadership will ensure that our systems are fully optimised and utilised to their maximum potential, helping drive operational excellence across the global enterprise.
Your key purpose and contributions will be:
Providing expert guidance to the Asset Management team to ensure the application of their technical expertise achieves quality service delivery outcomes for key enterprise maintenance systems (primarily Oracle eAM and a portfolio of integrated Work Management applications), deployed globally in 21 locations.
Leading the development of maintenance KPIs, performance reporting and data visualisations allowing operational metrics and targets to be monitored by all asset owners and managers.
Optimising and configuring the maintenance systems to bring alignment with evolving analytical business objectives; including CMMS Master data Management plans and processes, work management optimisation, maintenance reporting, and compliance.
Leading and mentoring regional and location system SPAs to provide functional guidance to ensure alignment and incorporate best practices on systems usage and data standards. Designing and implementing systems heartbeat checks and audits to monitor the correct functioning of eAM and associated applications to proactively identify and correct issues.
Building connections with the relevant internal stakeholders across Information Technology and Automation Solutions, Product Lines, Regional Operations, Maintenance and Reliability Leads and the wider Asset Management team.

What you can bring to the role
Tertiary qualifications in a relevant Maintenance, Engineering or Data Science Discipline with proven heavy industry experience in CMMS specialising in Data Manipulation and Analytics. Power BI and SQL would be highly desirable.
Demonstrated leadership skills in managing large-scale, cross-functional projects and teams.
Strong knowledge of industry best practices for maintenance systems, with a track record of driving continuous improvement.
Excellent communication and collaboration, ability to coach and influence, and translate business processes into high-quality user-friendly applications.
Critical thinking and a creative approach to driving change that will align with strategic priorities.
