Main Responsibilities,
- Assistance to Smelter & Refinery OM´s day to day working, managing their agendas, and supporting some of their on-course tasks.
- OM´s liaison within Local and Global Lead Teams.
- Contact person for Alcoa Foundation and Volunteer Projects in San Ciprian, you will participate in decision and execution so you will have a great visibility in San Ciprian Area.
- Organization and execution of meetings and events with Customers, Contractors, Universities, Schools, and specially with members of Spanish Administration as Gobierno Central, Xunta, Alcaldes, Diputación Provincial and others.
- You will lead internal and external communication with the support of other areas.
- You will provide a special collaboration to General Services Area, supporting some of the key tasks.
About you,
- At least 10 years' experience in the role, industrial and Worldwide Companies knowledge environment it´s welcome.
- Loyalty and discretion.
- Autonomy, initiative, and flexibility.
- Strong in communication and social skills.
- Excellent English & Spanish Skills.
- Proficient in MS Office applications.
- Executive Assistant Certification will be a plus.
