Agile Occupational Health – Multiple locations in California, seeks physicians with a proven clinical track record to serve as a leader at one of our state-of-the-art outpatient facilities. Agile is expanding and has opportunities in multiple locations throughout California and Yuma, Arizona.

Meet our founder Dr. Mihn Nguyen:
Dr. Minh Nguyen, an esteemed physician and medical business leader in occupational medicine founded Agile Occupational Medicine. He is their Chief Medical Officer and focuses on building successful practice teams and developing solutions for employers and payors that result in significant savings and superior outcomes for patients.
As a highly respected physician and proven leader dedicated to positive patient results, Dr. Nguyen has a unique combination of skills and perspectives. With more than 20 years of experience in occupational medicine, his knowledge compliments Agile's mission of providing the best outcomes for patients. His comprehensive background in occupational medicine as a both a practitioner and executive provides critical insights and clinical experience to Agile's launch.
Dr. Nguyen most recently served as Vice President of Medical Operations at Concentra where he oversaw the largest occupational medical group in California and Hawaii with over 100 clinics and 300 clinicians. Prior to that, he was Vice President of Medical/Western Division at US HealthWorks, overseeing medical services, physicians, and staff at 56 clinics in Southern California.

Join our rapidly growing team of Occupational Medicine specialists as we seek to hire a full-time clinical leader provider at multiple of our California and Arizona locations:
- Provide support for quality and safety, lead and maintain clinical excellence and innovation, and serve at a clinical and administrative capacity within the clinic.
- Will spend 100% of time in a center providing direct patient care, leading by example, enhancing processes and procedures to minimize visit times and creating an exceptional patient experience.
- Ensures day-to-day execution as the Primary Treating Physician (PTP) for all injuries collaborating with therapists and specialists to drive optimal clinical outcomes and expedite case closure.
- Manages clinicians and support staff and complies with all supervisory physician requirements for PA/NPs.
- Creates a professional and collaborative working environment with full colleague participation that promotes teamwork, quality, exceptional outcomes, and patient safety.
- Works with medical leadership to identify and implement changes to ensure continuous clinical improvement and efficiency.
- Ensures compliance with individual State Practice Act/Rules and Regulations/WC Regulations.
- Actively participates in team meetings with Center Manager and Center Therapist to improve quality, patient safety, case management, and ensures the ongoing development and growth of the center's business.
- Develops and supports colleague success through all aspects of the talent life cycle for staff clinicians and support staff within the center.
- Fosters an environment of collaboration, professionalism, patient/colleague safety, quality care, continuous improvement and reward and recognition.
- Promotes center initiatives and workflows that are consistent with those in other centers.

Qualifications:
Graduate of an accredited medical program with a M.D. or D.O. with an unrestricted medical license in the state were employed.
Board certified or eligible by ABPM, ABFM, AOA, or medical board in the state where employed and in accordance with state laws of practice.
Licensure requirements of the state of jurisdiction.
BLS and AED Certified; ACLS Certified, preferred.
- NRCME Certified (DOT Medical Examiner).
