Job Summary: The primary responsibility is to support disease prevention and control measures to ensure the health and safety of the workforce and enable business continuity.
Duties include:
- Leading education of the workforce
- Coordinating supplies for the location
- Verification and reporting of confirmed case
- Initiating contact tracing and monitoring of close contacts
- Facilitating workforce communications
- Assist employees with occupational and non-occupational injuries and illnesses
- Conducting preplacement medical evaluations
- Work with Supervisors and Human Resources to assist employees in the return-to-work process
- Provide support for group health promotion activities
- Maintain recordkeeping and medical confidentiality
- Supporting remote workers (compact license required) as well as onsite
Qualifications:
Clear New Jersey License, Compact license required, Bachelor's Degree, Strong computer and communication skills. At least 1 year of experience required with a background in Occupational Health, Urgent Care, ER or public health. Disability case management a huge plus but not required.
Compensation:
$55.00/hr with benefits
