Accessible Space Inc. (ASI) is a national nonprofit organization providing housing and personal care services to individuals with physical disabilities, seniors and veterans.

Accessible Space, Inc. is currently in search of a dedicated full-time Staff Training Specialist to oversee both regular and ad-hoc training for unlicensed direct support staff while also providing essential administrative support to the Nevada Supportive Housing Services (NSHS) Administrator at our new location in Las Vegas Nevada (Spencer Street)

This role offers the opportunity to work with a highly talented team in a beautiful and convenient location, serving a highly motivated client base

Our Training Support Professional will be responsible for conducting various training sessions, including the New Hire Orientation program and MANDT training for new and existing staff. Moreover, they will be responsible for creating and maintaining records to keep track of training completion and ensure that retraining sessions are consistently available to maintain staff competencies.

This position may require occasional staff training outside of regular business hours, possibly including evenings and weekends.

To be considered, candidates should possess a minimum of five years of successful experience in providing direct support to specialized populations such as those with developmental disabilities (DD), traumatic brain injuries (TBI), etc.

Additionally, a minimum of two years of administrative support experience is required, along with a strong background in standard business equipment and office practices.

Candidates should have a proven track record of developing and providing training to unlicensed staff and working in regulated/licensed residential facilities while applying licensing regulations.

Exceptional attention to detail, excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to effectively collaborate with a diverse range of individuals are also key qualifications for this position.
