PROJECT COORDINATOR - ATS
JOB SUMMARY: Manages and supervises projects for various departments of ATS
REPORTS TO: Director of Operations

Maintain workflow of projects and ensure that project timelines and Budgets are met

Review Project specifications, drawings, and Project-specific documents to establish project intent. Frequent traveling to local and out of state locations may be required.

Develop and maintain a project schedule and coordinate the needs between Acadian, subcontracts, and the customer.

Effectively manage and coordinate subcontractors to meet scope, scheduling, and financial requirements

Conduct an orientation for project technicians and provide all necessary project documentation, including scope of work, drawings, applicable specifications, applications-engineered drawings, project contacts, etc.

Manage the requisition of supplies and materials needed to complete the projects. (lift rentals, Specific hardware, receipt of parts to sub, etc.)

Report on daily activities and performance of each project
QUALIFICATIONS:
The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skills, and/or abilities required.
- High School diploma or GED required.
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Must be PC literate with some familiarity with MS Word and Excel.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to work in a team environment.
- Knowledge and understanding of industry applications; ability to read and understand drawings and specifications, electrical, network, and control wiring diagrams.
- Knowledgeable in local and national (NFPA) fire alarm codes and regulations
- Technical experience in the commercial fire and life safety industry. Preferred
