Job Description:Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Systems Engineering or similar field of study preferred
Work Experiences:
- 5+ years in IT or related field
- Proven supervisory experience
- Demonstrated experience managing IT/e-commerce platforms, projects and team
- Knowledge and understanding of Java J2EE
- Solid experience managing and supporting Web Services
- Strong knowledge of Integrations and design of Order Management solutions along with Websphere Commerce

- Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interface effectively with individuals at various levels, both internal and external

Responsibilities:
- Manage system enhancements to the IBM Sterling OMS platform and supporting e-commerce systems using best Agile practices
- Create an effective work environment by developing a common vision, setting clear objectives, expecting teamwork, recognizing outstanding performance and maintaining open communications
- Develop staff through coaching, providing performance feedback, providing effective performance assessments and establishing performance and development plans
- Develop architecture, technical design and transition processes
- Ensure completion of high level technical design and review detailed designs
- Manage break-fix and enhancement projects
- Manage workload of developers/analysts resources
- Develop and execute integration and performance test plans
- Review implementation plans and develops application implementation plans
- Develop a thorough understanding of Academy policies, procedures and safety rules
- Duties may change; Associates may be required to perform other duties as assigned
