Position Overview

Responsible for supporting the merchandising department and other departments wherever and whenever your skills and experience would be beneficial.  

What you'll do

  • Support the Merchandising department in the developing, maintaining, designing, selecting and launch of new and continuing product lines.
  • Become a product expert to support all departments with product questions
  • Website & Sales Tool Maintenance – Collaborate with Marketing & Training to ensure all information on our website & other tools are up to date and accurate.
  • Assist with the design and execution of Photo Shoots, Photography & Product Wall Updates
  • Internal Communication & Coordination – Support and update any Merchandising Documents used by all departments as a primary source of information. Ensure documents are accurate, updated regularly and communicated to all necessary departments.
  • Analysis & Research – Gather accurate competitive research on pricing and product offering from our competitor, analysis findings and present to the team. Maintain an organized system for collecting and saving this information.
  • Attend Marketing Meetings and coordinate any Marketing projects with the Marketing Team
  • Demonstrate the ability to build and maintain productive working relationships with others and contribute as an effective team member
  • All other duties as assigned

Who you are

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience a plus
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills required
  • Proficient in Excel. Able to create spreadsheets, manage versions and know basic formulas and functions. Additional computer skills including Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, SmartSheet, etc..
  • Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
