Join Yardi as our new Associate Technical Account Manager (ATAM) and play a pivotal role in reshaping the Senior Living sector! We're on the hunt for a tech enthusiast, preferably with electronic health record (EHR) experience, who's passionate about delivering exceptional customer service. In this role, you'll be the go-to expert for troubleshooting and resolving complex software issues through phone and email, utilizing Yardi's state-of-the-art product suite. Your contribution will go beyond just support - you will actively collaborate with our team to drive continuous improvements and advancements in our products, ensuring our clients receive nothing but the best and stay ahead in a competitive market.
What You'll Do:
- Research, analyze and use your problem-solving skills to troubleshoot application issues.
- Use your strong interpersonal skills to help train clients on new features and functionality.
- Perform data mapping, conversions and support software customization based on client requirements.
- Collaborate with internal teams in training, conversions, sales and development on a regular basis.
- Build rapport with clients and perform systems and business process reviews and make recommendations on best practices.
- Collaborate closely with team members across the US, actively contributing to the collective success of the team.
Who You Are:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare, Accounting, or Information Management.
- Prior experience working in a customer support role setting and managing expectations.
- Healthcare, Consulting, or Project management background.
- Strong proficiency in MS Office Suite and Outlook.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Outstanding consulting skills.
- Phenomenal customer service skills and desire to go the extra mile.
- You are a faster learner and can learn new concepts quickly.
- Excellent attention to detail and the ability to prioritize effectively.
- High comfort level troubleshooting and problem-solving issues.
- Great people skills and the ability to be personable and professional.
- Flexibility, and the ability to manage changing priorities.
Ideal to have:
- Prior electronic health record (EHR) software experience.
- Senior Living experience.
- Previous technical support and application troubleshooting.
- Prior experience with Yardi software.
- SQL, Basic server and web server knowledge.
