- Oversees the development, implementation, and management of policies, procedures, and protocols for ancillary services.
- Lead and mentor employees, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional growth.
- Develops and implements strategies to improve the efficiency, quality, and financial performance of ancillary services. Monitor and analyze performance, using data to drive operational improvement.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and industry standards. Ensure that all departments are always survey ready.
- Oversee budget management, financial forecasting, and cost control measures for ancillary services.
- Ensure all services meet or exceed quality standards and deliver exceptional patient care. Lead initiatives for continuous improvement of patient experience and quality of care in collaboration with staff.
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, healthcare administration, or related field is required, master's degree preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of job-related healthcare experience at a Senior Level.
- Preferred experience: 7-10 years of healthcare experience at a Senior Level.
- Proven track record of managing multi-disciplinary teams and driving operational excellence.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across all levels of the organization.
- Strong strategic planning and financial management skills.
- Demonstrated ability to lead change and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Knowledge of healthcare regulations, accreditation standards, and compliance requirements.
