Employment Status: Full-Time, Salaried Exempt Working Hours: 40 hours a week (80 hours per pay period) Shift: 1st shift Position Reports to: Vice President of People Services      Job Summary: At Wilson Health, delivering exceptional care begins with exceptional people. As the Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will serve as an advisor and strategic partner to our hiring managers and healthcare leadership regarding recruitment and employee retention efforts.  You will build a pipeline of highly qualified candidates using your superior sourcing and screening skills.  You will design, implement, and execute recruitment strategies that align with Wilson Health's strategic objectives.   Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Actively source and screen candidates for open roles using all available resources and platforms.
  • Design recruitment campaigns to attract the best talent, including creating effective job postings, and leveraging social media and outreach.
  • Work collaboratively with department and organizational leadership to develop proactive recruitment plans that meet current and projected staffing needs with emphasis on hard to fill roles.
  • Ensure maximum efficiency in the configuration and workflows in the Applicant Tracking System.
  • Develop and maintain a strategy for university and community relations. Serve as the liaison to build a solid student pipeline.  Create regular opportunities for touch points to maintain relationships with the students in the pipeline throughout their educational journey and beyond.
  • Support HR team with onboarding new employees as needed to create a top-notch candidate/new employee experience.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in human resources or related field preferred, or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum 3 years successfully demonstrated experience in healthcare recruitment. Understanding of strategies that lead to success in talent acquisition.
  • Excellent critical thinking, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems.
  • Self-directed, proactive, and positive, with a strong work ethic and commitment to high quality output.
  • Strong relationship building and time management skills.
  • Target driven, adaptable, tenacious in pursuit of goals and objectives.
