- Job Requirements
- Performs initial and ongoing assessments of patient's condition.
- Establishes a plan of care which is appropriate to problems identified and involves the patient according to his or her capabilities and desires.
- Monitors, records, and communicates patient condition as appropriate to care team, physician, patient, and family.
- Collaborates as needed across disciplines to coordinate patient care, including patient transfer, discharge, referral, and spiritual/psychosocial support needs.

- Supervisor: MS Charge RN, Nurse Supervisor, Director of Acute Care
- Patient Population: Adolescent;Adult;Geriatric; - All ages, occasional pediatric (travelers can not take peds if they choose)
- Must Have Skills/Experience: 1 year hospital setting
- Preferred Skillset/Experience: Med Surg, 1 year
- Common Diagnosis/Treatment: Pneumonia, CHF, Cellulitis, SBO, COPD
- Personality Fit: Friendly, Kind, Hardworking, Team Player
- Required Education: Associates of Nursing
