Role responsibilities:
Let your skills shine as a Family Medicine Physician.
With no two patients or days alike, you'll collaborate to provide out-of-the-box, patient-focused strategies. Here are a few of the responsibilities you can expect:
- Provide comprehensive primary care, diagnose, and treat a wide range of medical conditions for patients of all ages.
- Build long-term patient relationships and ensure continuity of care.
- Promote health through education and preventive measures.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals and refer patients to specialists as needed.
• Participate in a rotation of late day and/or on call coverage needs. - Assist in oversight of medical and/or NP students as applicable.
- Partake in utilization management, quality improvement programs, community drive outreach programs, as may be reasonably requested.
Qualifications:
What you'll need as a Family Medicine Physician.
- Graduate from an accredited Medical School.
- Board Certified or Board Eligible Internal Medicine Physician.
- Active New York Medical License.
