• 15 WEEK CONTRACTS ACCEPTED
• Emergency license accepted
• Med Surg RN
• 36 or 48 hour nights 1900-0730
• This is a very fun and unique unit. Manager encourages interaction with patients! Including going for walks with patients, playing games and setting up activities. They operate as a fun team and encourage ideas to interact with the patients in a positive way.

Job Requirements
• BLS from AHA
• O2 protocol management
• Non-invasive airway management
• Peripheral line care/management
• Epic experience, computerized documentation
• Isolation precautions/PPE
• Rapid response team activation
• Computerized documentation
• Patient ratios: RN 1:4-6, CNA 1:6-13 on days and 1:10-13 on nights
• 1 year of experience within the last three years in acute care
• Hospital experience with understanding of critical access facility size and operations with the care pace of a skilled facility that also serves acute Med/Surg patients. Much of the work is ADL focused and coordination with therapies
• LTAC experience

Unit Specific Information
• Ratios: 3-5 dependent on acuity
• Patient Diagnoses: Very sick Medical/Surgical patient from general medical non-tele. Care specialty unit provides all levels of care.

Additional Details
• Clear copy of driver's license or state ID required
• Name change/Discrepancy: Acceptable with proof on file and in process
• Education Verification: High School/GED preferred or vocational. Approval required for PCA/PCTs
• AHA only certifications specified for several positions
• Must list Oregon license status in submittal
