SUMMARY OF POSITION:
The Digital Marketing Specialist is responsible for creating and executing digital marketing strategies that deliver measurable results and contribute to business goals. This role requires a deep understanding of digital marketing tactics, including paid search, SEO, and social media, as well as a strong foundation in design. The Digital Design Specialist will work collaboratively with internal teams to develop, manage, and optimize campaigns that drive traffic, improve online presence, and deliver ROI.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
- Digital Marketing Strategy: Plan, create, and implement digital marketing strategies across various platforms, including paid ads, SEO, social media, and website management.
- Research: Conduct keyword, competitor, industry, and content development research to inform digital campaigns.
- Paid Advertising Optimization: Manage and optimize paid ad campaigns, including Google Ads, ensuring the best targeting and ROI.
- Campaign Development & Execution: Plan and execute digital programs and campaigns, covering aspects like website design, budget management, and social media marketing.
- Analytics & Reporting: Track KPIs through digital analytics tools (Google Analytics, GA4, etc.) to assess campaign effectiveness and produce regular reports on performance.
- Call Tracking: Utilize CallRail to track and analyze customer calls, leveraging features like call recording analysis and keyword spotting to improve campaign insights.
- Google Ads & Business Profiles: Monitor and report on Google Ads performance. Optimize and audit Google Business Profiles (GBPs) to enhance SEO and local visibility. Respond to customer reviews to maintain a strong online reputation.
- Brand Consistency: Work closely with the marketing team to ensure brand awareness, consistency, and effective messaging across all digital channels.
- Continuous Learning: Stay up to date on digital marketing trends and new technologies, applying them to enhance marketing strategies.
- Project Management: Manage the digital marketing calendar and ensure deadlines are met for ongoing campaigns.
- Web & Design Optimization: Work on basic website development and landing page optimization to ensure a seamless user experience and improved conversion rates.
