WHAT YOU'LL DO:
The Hawaii Field Visual merchandiser will be focusing on the specialty store account base and Retail DTC stores throughout Hawaii. This person consistently executes visual merchandising direction including product placement, fixture placement and display elements to provide a consistent customer experience. The visual merchandiser serves as a liaison between the sales, retail and customer experience centers of excellence to provide consistent execution of product placement and brand presentation.
- Maintains brand standards for visual presentation throughout the territory
- Daily visits to accounts to perform merchandising job duties.
- Daily recaps summarizing accomplishments.
- Partners with the Visual Merchandising Manager to prepare for and implement seasonal merchandising presentations and new visual merchandising initiatives.
- Partners with Sales team to monitor merchandise sell through, replenishment, and flex product as necessary
- Partners with the Sales Reps/Visual Manager to ensure that new styles are placed in the correct positions on the sales floor
- Partners with store management and Sales Reps on key visual merchandising decisions that have an impact on store workload and sales.
- Consistently executes the visual display elements i.e. styling details with bust forms, etc. (including story tellers KPI's and seasonal POP)
- Ensures all visual execution.
- Adjusts lighting to highlight merchandise and displays, per company standard
- Provides a consistent customer experience through execution of brand standards
- Other duties as assigned
WHAT YOU'LL NEED:
- 2 years retail visual merchandising or display experience
- Strong visual merchandising skills and excellent eye for detail
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to offer solutions to store specific visual and merchandising challenges using brand standards and HQ direction as a guideline
- Ability to independently identify potential Visual Merchandising opportunities and provide creative solutions.
- Excellent ability to create teams and partnership
- Demonstrated ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks and work with a sense of urgency
- Lift and carry up to 50 lbs
- Ability to effectively maneuver around sales floor and stockroom repetitive bending, prolong standing, twisting, stooping, squatting, and climbing
- Ability to work a flexible schedule that meets the business needs, including evenings and some domestic travel.
- Must have reliable transportation to and from store locations where majority of hours will be worked

Liberated Brands is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. The salary range for this role in Hawaii is $18/hr - $22/hr. Compensation will ultimately be in line with the location in which the position is filled. Final compensation for this role will be determined by several factors such as a candidate's relevant work experience, skill set, certifications, and specific work location.
