Description
This Program Specialist will be a key member of the MBA Admissions team. focused on the admission cycle primarily for the Professional MBA formats. This position will be in a fast-paced customer-facing environment. This professional candidate will be responsible for communicating with prospective students and the enrollment services team to ensure the smooth and fast processing of all applications.
Minimum Education and Experience
Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field, with a minimum of four years of experience in program/project development or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

- Work closely with the Assistant Director to ensure schedules and workflow are managed timely along with proper coverage of candidate emails and phone calls.

- Be capable of juggling multiple projects at once.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
The position will report to the Assistant Director of MBA Admissions and will be physically located in the MBA Programs Office. Some recruitment events (1-2 per month) may fall outside normal business hours.
- Specific Responsibilities include the following:
- Manage all systems that are part of the admissions process including but not limited to Salesforce CRM, Box, OnBase, and Peoplesoft.
- Manage all email communications, the MBA hotline, and walk-in candidates.
- Manage prospective student dashboard reports and continually push applications through the process to a decision.
- Prepare weekly PMBA Candidate Spreadsheets and ensure all information is accurate and up to date.
- Make congratulatory phone calls to admitted PMBA students.
- Become an expert on transcripts and other academic documents used in the admissions process.
- Assist Recruitment Manager with scheduling of admission interviews and review of scholarship letters.
- Assist the Recruitment Manager and Assistant Director with the promotion of all programs through social media outlets.
- Assist with other admission-related activities as assigned.

Remote Work Notice
A hybrid remote work schedule may be available (currently 1-day remote weekly). Employee must be located within the Dallas/Fort Worth Metroplex area and have the ability to be on campus for work activities as scheduled and/or with 24-hour notice. Completion and approval of a UT Dallas Remote Work Agreement will be required upon employment, and use of personal computer, internet, and other standard equipment may be required. Remote work arrangements are subject to regular review and re-approval and may be canceled at any time.
