Description

The incumbent in this role will enhance the impact of the Center for Professional Sales by fostering relationships with students, alumni, and corporations.

Minimum Education and Experience

Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field, with 3-5 years of experience directly related to the duties and responsibilities specified; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Collaborating closely with the Director and JSOM sales faculty, the individual will oversee student recruitment, engagement, and tracking for the USCA sales certification and Professional Program in Sales. Furthermore, they will strategize, plan, and execute various activities and events both on campus and within the global sales community. These events will facilitate networking opportunities for corporate partners, students, and alumni, thereby supporting recruitment efforts and promoting thought leadership. Additionally, the position entails managing the Center's financial budgeting, expenditures, revenues, and endowments.

RRemote Work Notice
A hybrid remote work schedule may be available (currently 1-day remote weekly). Employee must be located within the Dallas/Fort Worth Metroplex area and have the ability to be on campus for work activities as scheduled and/or with 24-hour notice. Completion and approval of a UT Dallas Remote Work Agreement will be required upon employment, and use of personal computer, internet, and other standard equipment may be required.
