• HIPAA Safety Manual Acknowledgement required
• State License 1 Verification required as per profession
• NURSYS Verification as applicable
• NIH Stroke Certification as applicable per Unit Description.

Job Details
• General Surgical Tech - 3x12 Days 0700-1930 with possible night rotation
• Call Requirements: 5-8 call shifts/month including weekends
• There is a possibility for off-shifting (1-3 shifts in a week) once every 4-week scheduling period, but there are often times there is no off-shifting
• 2 years of Surg Tech experience required
• First time travelers NOT accepted
• Experience with Ortho Joints, General Surgery, Endo/Laparoscopic required
• Experience with Bariatrics, ENT, Plastics, Gyn, Surgical Onc, Urology highly preferred
• EPIC Charting experience preferred
• Locals Accepted: NO (candidate must be more than 100 miles from facility)
