Overview:
Tier 1 Application Support Coordinator perform a variety of functions to ensure that applications run smoothly and ensure business goals are achieved. They provide application support and troubleshoot solutions for business end users through a variety of channels including voice, email, chat and SMS.
Location: Remote
Responsibilities:
- Answer inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries regarding products, services, and general information
- Provide accurate and complete information to customers, ensuring they understand product features, and policies
- Handle customer complaints, concerns, and inquiries in a professional and efficient manner
- Use company systems to resolve customer issues and track customer interactions
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge and stay updated on company policies and procedures
- Meet performance goals related to call volume, quality, and customer satisfaction
- Document customer interactions accurately in the system
- Collaborate with other departments to address customer needs and provide feedback on recurring issues
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree or higher preferred
- Proven experience in customer service or call center environment is a plus
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent listening skills and the ability to think on your feet
- Proficiency in using computers and call center/trouble ticketing software
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a positive attitude
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as needed
- Friendly, empathetic, and patient demeanor.
- Strong multitasking abilities.
- Team-oriented with a focus on achieving team goals.
- Ability to handle difficult or irate customers calmly and professionally.
- Time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
Salary Range:
The hourly rate for this position is anticipated to range between $19.00 and $25.25 per hour.
Pay is based on qualifications necessary for the position, including experience, training and other considerations permitted by law. We consider qualified applicants with arrest and conviction records in accordance with applicable law.
