Qualifications
- Master's or Doctoral degree in School Psychology
- State license or certification as a School Psychologist - NASP Preferred
- 2-3 Years Minimum of Working with or Directly for School Districts Delivering a Variety of Direct Behavioral Support and Program or Professional Development Services
- Prior Training and Experience in Organizational Behavior Management and as a Manager/Leader of School Based Behavioral Support Programs Preferred
Responsibilities
- Deliver behavioral support services including conducting functional behavioral assessments, generating behavioral support plans, developing data collection methods, and supervising direct service providers.
- Conduct needs assessments with school district focused on addressing acute student and program and professional development needs.
- Effectively partner with school district leadership, classroom and student teams, and SSG IBSS Program Supervisors and Behavior Technicians to launch, implement, and assure quality with assigned district.
