Description

Certification Details
• ACLS - Advanced Cardiac Life Support required for specific units, renewal prior to start if expiring within 30 days.
• BLS - Basic Life Support required for all candidates, renewal prior to start if expiring within 30 days.
• PALS - Pediatric Advanced Life Support preferred in some units, renewal prior to start if expiring within 30 days.
• NRP - Neonatal Resuscitation Procedure required for specific units.
• Technician Certifications for specific roles like CVOR - CST required.

Job Details
• Cleveland Clinic Main Campus Hospital – Med/Surg Tele RN.
• Facility is willing to approve up to a 24 week contract.
• Please confirm your travelers desired contract length at time of submission!

Job Requirements
• MUST HAVE minimum of 18 mos recent Med/Surg Telemetry experience.
• MUST HAVE 18 months PERM experience in specialty applying for PRIOR to travel assignments.
• MUST HAVE PERM OHIO LICENSE OR COMPACT STATE IN HAND
• AHA BLS, ACLS & NIHSS cert required.
• PBDS Assessment – waived
• ECG rhythm recognition test and safeMedicate will be completed during orientation, an acceptable score on both assessments is required
• Qualivis – Lotus will be used for submitting hours worked

Schedule Information
• Night shift: 3x12's 7pm-7:30am.
• Traveler must work at least every other holiday.

Additional Details
• Government-Issued Photo ID required; Must carry while on assignment.
