• Unit-Specific Competency Exam required within 12 months of start, and updated annually
• Certifications such as TNCC, CHEMO, NRP, and others with specific requirements and renewal timelines

Job Requirements
• MUST HAVE minimum of 18 months recent Cardiac Stepdown experience
• PCU/Progressive care experience preferred but not required
• 18 months PERM experience in specialty applying for PRIOR to travel
• PERM OHIO LICENSE OR COMPACT STATE LICENSE IN HAND
• AHA BLS & ACLS, NIH required
• PBDS Assessment – waived
• ECG rhythm recognition test and safeMedicate will be completed during orientation, an acceptable score on both assessments is required
• Qualivis – Lotus will be used for submitting hours worked
• Traveler must work at least every other holiday
