Tetra Tech is adding a Project Manager to join our team and lead the deployment of radiation detection systems. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of engineering, construction, and project management principles, as well as experience working with international teams.

Your Role:
· Develop cost and schedule for proposal submission
· Construction estimates development and review, cost analysis and estimates for construction projects
· Review and validate cost estimates provided by subcontractors
· Schedule Development: Create and update comprehensive project schedules using tools like Microsoft Project or Primavera
· Ensure schedules are aligned with project milestones and critical paths
· Write statements of work for local construction subcontractors and services
· Support and lead tax exemption process
· Oversee and Conduct engineering site surveys, including international travel
· Develop design requirements documents
· Review design development (preliminary, final, and project changes)
· Develop and monitor construction scheduled activities
· Perform system acceptance testing
· Provide documentation to complete system transfer of custody to End Users
· Participate in and contribute to Lessons Learned and Technical Exchange Working Group
· Identify in-country resources, initial risks, and mitigation strategies
· Develop and standardize requirements for US-based communication system and optical character recognition system vendors; and bid sheets for host country (international) construction subcontractors
· Support development of operation and maintenance procedures for international field personnel
· Capture project and program lessons learned from worldwide staff and create a Continuous Improvement Process for the program and project teams
· Implement and monitor Quality and Safety programs, to include training of subcontractor teams
· Willing to travel internationally
Qualifications:
· BS in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field
· Project Management Professional (PMP) certification (current)
· 10 - 15 years of experience in project management, with a focus on engineering and construction
· Experience working with international teams
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team
· Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
· Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, Project, and PowerPoint
· Must possess a valid driver's license with a clean driving record without restrictions.

Compensation:
Salary commensurate with experience.
Salary Range: $140k-$170k
Pay Range - There are multiple factors that are considered in determining final pay for a position, including, but not limited to, relevant work experience and demonstrated work experience in the above role; skills, certifications, and competencies that align to the specified role; geographic location; and education, as well as contract provisions regarding labor categories that are specific to the position.
A pre-employment drug screen in compliance with federal regulations is required, along with a physical if needed.
