FAIR Justice
The Fostering Advancement of Inclusive, Rights Based (FAIR) Justice Program (the Program) will advance Australia and Philippines' shared commitment to the rule of law, rights-based justice, and strong and accountable institutions, as vital to the stability, security, and prosperity in the Philippines and in the Indo Pacific region. Building on Australia and the Philippines' longstanding cooperation in law and justice, the Program will support a broader justice system strengthening and ensure greater synergy with DFAT's investments in promoting rights-based justice, countering terrorism and violent extremism, combatting human trafficking and protecting children against online abuse and exploitation, as well as justice initiatives of other donors and development partners.
Key responsibilities
- Manage the program's incoming and outgoing correspondence, including the collection of official documents.
- Assist the PPMT with procuring goods and services relating to program activities.
- Facilitate bank transactions, including transfers, withdrawals and deposits.
- Manage FAIR Justice transportation and vehicle allocations and bookings.
- Assist with travel arrangements for FAIR Justice personnel.
- Manage the procurement and inventory of FAIR Justice merchandise and promotional materials.
Selection criteria
- Tertiary qualifications or equivalent experience in a relevant field.
- Demonstrated experience in providing administrative support and coordinating events and other activities.
- Experience in coordinating and managing event logistics.
- Sound computer skills and working knowledge of Microsoft Office platforms.
- Excellent written and spoken English for international audiences.
