About the Role

EGlobalTech (EGT), a Tetra Tech Company is seeking to fill project support roles for our Federal customer in Washington, DC. This role will be expected to provide operations management support such as logistics and coordination for meetings; preparation of templates, project plans, minutes, status reports, action items, meeting agenda and minutes; development of responses to various daily client requests for various councils. Qualified candidates should have exceptional communication and organizational skills and the ability to go through an in-depth background investigation to obtain a Public Trust. Responsibilities

This role is expected to provide project support with tasks such as:

  • Provides general and technical research support to projects.
  • Support the program management staff in the preparation of deliverables, internal reports, briefings, and drawings associated with the project being supported.
  • Knowledge with standard Microsoft Office products or Google apps
  • Proficient in task coordination
  • Familiarity with project management methodology and practices.
  • Excellent oral, written, and electronic communications skills.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects led by different staff members.
  • Provide meeting and conference support.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a rapidly changing environment.
  • Provides executive administrative support to the management team.


Required Qualifications

This role requires following qualifications

  • Bachelors degree or 4 years experince in lieu of the bachelors degree
  • 4 years experience
  • Project Management Certification (such as: Project Management Professional (PMP), Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM), PRINCE2 7 Foundation & Practitioner, PMI Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP), Agile Project Management (AgilePM), PRINCE2 7 Agile Foundation/Agile Practitioner, Certified Project Manager (IAPM), Associate in Project Management (APM), Master Project Manager (MPM), Professional in Project Management (PPM))
