As a DOS, you'll play a crucial role in helping seniors and their families navigate one of life's most important decisions.

What You'll Do
  • Drive Sales Success – Engage with prospective residents, uncover their needs, and guide them through the decision-making process using proven sales techniques.
  • Lead Conversion – Utilize multiple communication channels (calls, tours, referrals, events) to build relationships and convert leads into move-ins.
  • Market & Competitor Insights – Stay ahead by understanding industry trends and competitors to refine your sales strategy.
  • Revenue Growth – Implement sales strategies to optimize revenue and achieve occupancy targets.
  • Business Development – Build a strong referral network with healthcare professionals, community organizations, and other partners.
  • Leadership & Collaboration – Work closely with the Executive Director and marketing team to develop and execute strategic sales plans.
What You Bring
  • Proven sales experience (Senior Living, Hospitality, Real Estate, or similar preferred).
  • Strong resilience under pressure and a passion for closing deals.
  • Ability to build trust-based relationships with seniors and families.
  • Experience with CRM systems and sales tracking.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (preferred).
