Tact Staff is seeking a travel nurse RN Rehabilitation for a travel nursing job in Pocatello, Idaho.

Rehab RN, 36 or 48 hour option, NIGHTS Every other weekend Float to other areas if not needed on rehab 1:5 nurse to patient ratio 60% of our admission fall into top 13 diagnosis for rehab: stroke, brain/spine injuries, multiple traumas, amputations, fractures, neurological disorders. Other diagnoses include debility, respiratory failure, cardiac surgeries, etc. Work closely with therapy to get patient independent. We do have central lines, trachs, feeding tubes, oxygen, cpap, IV meds/antibiotics, accu checks, pain management, bowel and bladder management, foleys, straight cath and bladder scanning, telemetry, dressing changes, skin prevention, precautions for movement, swallowing, isolation, and assessments completed every shift. No local travelers, 100 mile radius rule
