Description
The Treasury Solutions Director is responsible for developing, implementing, and monitoring strategic growth objectives for Treasury Management Services and Operations. In collaboration with Treasury Sales, Products, and Operations, the Director will focus on identifying solutions to enhance the client experience, improve internal processes, drive change via technology advancements and ensure a seamless rollout of new products.
What We're Looking For
- Collaborate with Treasury Sales, Products, and Operations to develop, enhance, and implement treasury products and services.
- Partner with the Sales Director to develop and maintain a consistent go-to-market strategy to ensure a best-in-class customer experience.
- Direct Treasury Management Operations to drive change and growth.
- Oversee and review all existing operational and onboarding procedures and Lead the charge on process improvement initiatives.
- Implement necessary changes and challenge the status quo while balancing compliance requirements.
- Monitor the technology environment for new treasury product and process opportunities.
- Develop and implement reports to manage and track the activity of treasury management clients, including but not limited to deposit growth, service fees and pricing.

- Extensive knowledge of bank systems and technology.
- In-depth understanding of treasury management operations.
- Strong knowledge of compliance and risk management.
- Proven leadership skills.
- Experience with change management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
Education & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field, or equivalent experience required.
- 10 years + experience in treasury management required, with at least 3 years in operations and product implementation.
Licenses & Credentials
- Certified Treasury Professional (CTP) or other relevant certifications strongly preferred.
Systems & Technology
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
