Description
The Salesforce Business Analyst will engage with business units, salesforce development, and other peers to analyze, document, and understand business processes and procedures. The analyst will also support discovery or solution design for Salesforce initiatives and development.
What We're Looking For
• Collaborate with business users and stakeholders to elicit, document, and analyze functional and technical requirements.
• Integrate data from multiple data sources or functional areas, ensure data accuracy and integrity, and update data as needed.
• Help develop clear and concise user stories and acceptance criteria to guide development and testing efforts.
• Help coordinate sprint planning and provide input to the daily standups as needed.
• Organize business and internal meetings, including all logistics related to key meetings.
• Provide end-user training and support on Salesforce functionality and processes.
• Work with the Development and QA team in various development phases, including design, implementation, integration, revision control, release, and the maintenance of multiple products and systems.
• Gain a strong understanding of the Salesforce platform and its use across all business units and practices.
• Coordinate with story grooming and management.
• Write queries or reports to provide data for various analytical projects. Interpret data to identify business trends, conduct root cause analysis of business problems, or suggest areas for process improvement.
What You'll Bring
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, excellent communication and collaboration abilities, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Deep understanding of Salesforce platform features, capabilities, and best practices.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management principles.
Education & Experience
• Minimum Required: Bachelor's degree in business, information technology, related field, or equivalent work experience.
• 3+ years of experience as a Salesforce Business Analyst, Salesforce Administrator, or Salesforce Sales Cloud Consultant is preferred.
Licenses & Credentials
• Salesforce Certified Business Analyst is preferred.
Systems & Technology
• Agile methodologies.
• In-depth knowledge of Salesforce.
