The Operations Associate is responsible for aiding in driving departmental results for the Operations New Accounts Capital Markets department. This position requires the ability to gain a sound understanding of department subject matter including processing and monitoring new and existing Institutional DVP customer account information and required documentation. This position will require collaboration among team members to execute on departmental objectives under direct supervision while following established procedures.

• Assist in opening foreign and domestic new accounts through various methods
• Review and process Institutional DVP client-related documents, which may include making updates to account information and adding settlement instructions
• Provide customer service to branch offices through phone calls, emails, or other communicationeview daily reports as related to new and existing accounts
• Review and interpret Institutional formation documents for new and existing customers

• Excellent communication and administrative skills
• Exceptional organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work in a Team environment and ability to meet assigned deadlines
• Provide a high level of customer service
• Available to work 8:30 to 5:00 p.m. with the possibility of working until 6:00 p.m. periodically

• Minimum Required: Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
• Minimum Required: 0-2 years' professional business related experience

• Proficient in Outlook and Microsoft Office products   LI-AS1
