Description

The Marketing Coordinator is an entry-level or early career position that will support Stifel Fixed Income's marketing department, providing office, editorial, event/conference, and procurement assistance. The right candidate will have a good work ethic, strong writing and editing skills, and the aptitude/desire to learn about institutional fixed income industry. The candidate will also be organized and have a team first, all-hands-on-deck approach.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provide general support for webinar and event/conference programs, maintain marketing
  materials, maintain expense reporting and respond to general internal marketing inquiries.
• Provide editorial support for marketing materials, pitch books, presentations, announcements, emails, invitations and website content.
• Maintain periodic (daily/weekly) reports and updates.
• Become well-versed in how to use the firm's Salesforce CRM and email distribution software
• Demonstrated writing and proofreading skills (AP/Chicago Styles)
• Ability and willingness to learn new technologies (CRM, webinar, video editing)
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and a strong attention to detai

• Minimum Required: Bachelor's Degree from four year college/university
• Minimum Required: 1 to 3 years work related experience

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook
