Description
The Cash Products and Banking Services Product Owner is responsible for Stifel's cash products, including Brokerage Cash Management Accounts, the Bank Sweeps Program, Stifel Bank Deposit Accounts, Credit Cards programs, and the firm's payments strategy. This role will require partnership with various internal teams and vendors to provide a seamless client experience.
What We're Looking For
· Serve as a subject matter expert in banking services and cash products while being able to articulate functionality to clients, sales, operations, and vendors.
· Partner with Private Banking, Digital Solutions, Bank Operations, Brokerage Operations, Marketing, and Client Services teams to ensure superior digital delivery, product setup, and operational execution.
· Work at the intersection of business and technology, identifying and articulating business needs and turning them into business requirements and functionality to bridge our business and technology teams/vendors.
· Work directly with financial advisors at their locations via video conference or phone calls to provide advanced support and product education.
· Work closely with vendor partners to identify best-of-breed products and services and then coordinate/lead cross-functional teams for technical and operational implementation and support.
· Review, edit, and sometimes create business processes and procedures related to the products and services to build and retain institutional knowledge.
· Interview, investigate, and communicate with clients and internal stakeholders to determine the best practices.

Education & Experience
· Minimum Required: Bachelor's Degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
· Minimum Required: 1+ years of related experience in banking and payments.
Systems & Technology
· Proficient with Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
· Understands client/server computing architecture, user interfaces, and application programming interfaces.
· Understand concepts related to relational databases.
· The ability to write SQL queries is preferred.
