The Vermont Criminal Justice Council (VCJC) is seeking an individual that is excited by a challenge and ready to play a key role in guiding the law enforcement Fair & Impartial Policing (FIP) program in Vermont. As a VCJC Fair & Impartial Policing Instructor, you'll design and manage the FIP training program; race data collection, training, and analysis; and partner with agencies statewide to shape the future of public safety.

Minimum Qualifications

Three (3) or more years of experience instructing and implementing organizational change initiatives INCLUDING training or initiatives regarding race, equity, and inclusion.

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or higher. 
Experience with leading or supporting professional development, large group facilitation, and survey data tracking and/or analysis.

Special Requirements

Must be able to pass a background investigation applicable to the position.
