- The Ultrasound Technician is responsible for providing timely diagnostic services to both inpatient and outpatients
- Responsibilities include abdominal, pelvic (gynecological & obstetrical), and transvaginal sonograms
- Must be proficient at scanning small parts (thyroid, breast & scrotum)
- Able to perform ultrasound-guided biopsies, drainage, thoracentesis, paracentesis and aspirations
