Job Details
• CT Tech position available.
• The job is located at St Anthony Hospital in Gig Harbor, WA.
• Contract is for a duration of 13 weeks.

Job Requirements
• BLS is required.
• Certified CT Technologist - ARRT (CT) Verification is required.
• Certified Radiologic Technologist - ARRT (R) is required.
• 2 years of experience in relevant field is necessary.

Schedule Information
• Mixed shifts of 10 and 12 hour shifts available.
• Schedule varies per contract.
• Weekend work varies per contract.
• There may be occasional holidays required.
• On-call duties involve a 30 minute response time for X-Ray once every 7 weeks and for CT once a week.

Unit Specific Information
• X-ray must be able to run a C-ARM for pain management clinic.
• For CT, technicians will have to start IV's.
• Details on the equipment for the Radiology Department include Toshiba for current X-ray and CT, with an upgrade to GE equipment planned.
• Experience with the Department Specific Equipment is ideal.

Additional Details
• General Certification Requirements include BLS.
• Common types of imaging/studies performed for X-ray include Fluoro and general Xray studies, general OR & ER.
• General CT studies include those necessary for the ER and in-patient cases.
• The Radiology Department involves both General X-Ray and CT.
• EMR system used is EPIC.
• PACS system used for CT is Mckesson.
• Scrub Color/Dress Code requires black pants and any colored SOLID scrub top.
• Department specific orientation is approximately 1-2 weeks depending on skill set and includes EPIC class and equipment training.
