The Transition Management team is responsible for overseeing unit registry transition projects, ensuring seamless, high-quality delivery within budget and timelines. We manage the full project lifecycle, working closely with registry teams, fund managers, custodians, and third-party vendors. Our team ensures all tasks are completed efficiently, stakeholders are well-informed, and operational process design is optimized in collaboration with Business Analysts and Registry Specialists. With strong leadership and communication, we drive successful transitions that support business objectives and client needs.

What You Will Get To Do:
Join our dynamic Transition Management team, where we drive seamless, high-quality unit registry transitions with precision and collaboration. As a Transition Manager, you'll oversee the full project lifecycle, working closely with registry teams, fund managers, custodians, and third-party vendors to ensure smooth and efficient transitions. You'll play a key role in keeping stakeholders informed, managing tasks, and shaping operational processes alongside Business Analysts and Registry Specialists. - Define project objectives and scope effectively.
- Establish project standards and methodologies.
- Oversee projects from initiation to completion.
- Maintain clear communication with stakeholders to align expectations.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant project processes.
- Manage job allocations and budgets efficiently.
- Lead and coordinate project teams to achieve goals.
- Monitor project scope, conduct regular reviews, and report progress to stakeholders and senior management.
- Foster strong internal and external stakeholder relationships.
- Identify and mitigate project risks proactively.
- Negotiate effectively with suppliers and subcontractors.
What You Will Bring:
- Deliver projects on time, within scope, and budget.
- Provide guidance on project management best practices and ensure accurate tracking/reporting.
- Achieve project objectives while maintaining high-quality standards.
- Oversee accounting, costing, billing, and manage changes to project scope, schedule, and costs.
- Exhibit strong drive, resilience, and a results-oriented focus.
- Build relationships, influence stakeholders, and motivate teams.
- Work effectively under pressure, demonstrating attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Apply commercial awareness and communicate effectively in both written and verbal formats.
- 5+ years of experience in Financial Services, including 2+ years in Unit Registry, Custodial Services, or Superannuation.
- Experience managing or supporting transition projects (client onboardings, exits, fund launches, etc.).
- Strong interpersonal and client engagement skills, with the ability to lead specialist teams.
- Transfer Agency experience in the Australian market.
- Atlassian Jira experience preferred.
