Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze business requirements to identify and prepare relevant test data for various testing phases (e.g., system, integration, UAT).
• Create and manage test data for membership, claims, and pharmacy benefits setup, ensuring alignment with system configurations and test scenarios.
• Perform data provisioning for pharmacy claims testing.
• Collaborate with testing teams, business analysts, and developers to understand data requirements and resolve data-related issues.
• Ensure data compliance with HIPAA and other healthcare regulations, safeguarding sensitive information.
• Develop reusable test data templates and maintain a centralized repository for efficiency.
• Validate the accuracy and consistency of test data across environments and assist in troubleshooting data-related defects.

Required Qualifications:

• Healthcare Domain Knowledge: Strong understanding of membership creation, claims processing, and benefit setup.
• Technical Expertise: Proficiency in SQL for querying and managing data; familiarity with tools like JIRA, ALM, or similar test management platforms.
• Testing Support: Experience in identifying and preparing test data for phases such as SIT, regression testing, E2E, UAT etc.
• Regulatory Compliance: Knowledge of HIPAA and US healthcare standards.
• Communication: Strong collaboration and documentation skills to interact with cross-functional teams.
• Automation: Able to work with test automation frameworks (e.g., Selenium, Gherkin, etc.) to create and execute automation test scripts.
