Candidate should be Strong in Java / Spring with min 10 Year of Hands on Exp.
Candidate should have experience in application performance enhancement.
Candidate should be Strong is any of the UI framework Angular / React min 5 years Exp.
Candidate should have team management exp for handling 10 15 people. Team handling exp > 4-5 years
