What You Will Get To Do:

The Operations Processor performs a variety of first touch functions for clients, vendors, and internal business partners.  Key functions in this role include obtaining, sorting, analyzing, scanning, and validating documents into the proper channels. This role will access multiple internal systems to determine proper information and processing. Understanding the business is important for the operations processor successful in this role.  Our clients and internal partners depend on us in order to process  requests in a timely manner. Flexibility is a key part of this role as our representatives are asked to switch gears throughout the day in order to assist the department with meeting critical cut-off times during periods of high volume spikes.  We are looking for a results oriented person who is looking for not just a job, but a career, with an opportunity to grow and contribute toward business success. 

  • Be the face of SS&C by greeting, coordinating parking validation and support of office visitors
  • Responsible for office management, including ordering supplies
  • Handle all administrative duties for the Ft Worth office
  • Own handling, distribution of inbound and outbound mail
  • Process change of address letters
  • Using the system, identify accounts to determine proper routing of documents
  • Answer inbound calls, ascertain the purpose of the call, handle or route the call to the appropriate party
  • Hard and soft copy file maintenance and storage
  • May be required to perform other miscellaneous duties

  • Proficient data entry and computer skills
  • Flexibility with regard to both schedule and role as associates may be called to perform work outside of the teams core functions, in response to work volumes and business demand
  • Strong organizational skills
  • High level of professionalism

Minimum Job Requirements:

  • High School Diploma
  • 2 years of customer service and operations
  • Microsoft Products knowledge required: Outlook, Word, Excel
  • Valid driver's license and transportation
