What You Will Get To Do:

Handle and support a fast-paced call center. Associate would handle both incoming calls and outbound calls with professionalism, ensuring effective communication with clients and investors on various issues.

  • Gain expertise in our current systems and service center operations.
  • Provide training and support for call center associates.
  • Answer and field incoming questions from associates.
  • Manage escalated calls and provide effective resolution.
  • Collaborate with management on client volume analysis and coverage planning.
  • Assist in identifying the best course of action for complex client and investor concerns.
  • Coach associates and support them in managing escalation calls.
  • Participate in relationship meetings and contribute to solution development.
  • Ensure timely resolution of work items and maintain service excellence.
  • Meet KPI targets

What You Will Bring:

  • Minimally requires a high school degree and 2 years of related experience.
