What You Will Get To Do:

• Leading a  team with around 3-5 staffs for providing all the services tasks including investor transaction processing, KYC/AML documents reviews, and other client reporting;
• Control and monitor the processes and delivery to make sure we meet all agreed KPIs;
• Promote and provide demo to client on the use of SS&C portal and other new systems or applications; 
• Attend client's board meetings and answer the queries from clients and fund directors.
• Timely response to the enquiry from fund managers, investors and auditors etc;
• Handle new client onboarding; make sure all internal setup meet the need of the clients
• Meeting potential clients.  Present the investor services model and demonstrate the features and process of investor services in SS&C portal.
• Build up and maintain good relationship with clients.
• Participate in system/process enhancement project to improve the reporting quality or operation efficiency of the process &/or in compliance with the regulatory requirement.

What You Will Bring:

• Minimum 6 years experience in Transfer Agency/Investor Services; preferably in hedge funds;
• Experience as supervisor and ability on multi-tasking

• Excellent communication and client services skills, ability to work within a team toward timely and accurate production;
• Fluent in written and spoken English, Mandarin will be a plus;
