Qualifications
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree
- 15+ years of professional experience
- Experience with US Navy submarine design, certification, and maintenance
- Experience supporting a NAVSEA acquisition program office. Experience/knowledge of Navy acquisition program office organizations and processes
- Strong administrative, organizational, and analytical skills and the willingness to learn and build relationships with stakeholders
- Strong written and verbal communication skills and proficiency with MS Office applications
- Current DoD SECRET clearance with the ability to maintain it throughout employment
Desired Qualifications:
- Experience with Team Submarine
- Experience working with international partners
- Experience in a DoD/client-facing environment
- Knowledge of DoD written correspondence styles and formats and task management. Experience with Navy correspondence preferred
Responsibilities
In this role, the Senior Analyst will support the development of Australian Sovereign maintenance and non-industrial workforce capability as part of the AUKUS I&A program office suppor to the Australian Submarine Agency.
The Senior Analyst will lead Mission System and Non-Industrial Workforce support to the NAVSEA AUKUS program, focusing on program support to Australian as part of the NAVSEA program. Responsibilities will include support to the Mission System Working Group and other Phase 2 Working Groups; supporting Phase 2 risk mitigation; developing and managing the Non-Industrial Workforce Development Plan; supporting integrated schedule and risk analysis; and interacting with international and government partners.
This position is located at SPA Headquarters in Alexandria, VA. This position will require traveling to the Washington Navy Yard as necessary to collaborate with Phase 2 personnel. There will be some opportunity to travel to partner and industry stakeholder locations.
