Qualifications

Required:

• Active Public Trust clearance with an ability to obtain a Customs and Border Protection (CBP) Background Investigation.
• Bachelor's degree with 7+ years of demonstrated procurement experience.
• Demonstrated strong managerial experience organizing, planning, directing, and managing teams of acquisition and procurement professionals.
• 1+ years of experience directly supporting DHS programs.

Desired:

• Currently working with CBP performing relevant work with an active CBP Background Investigation.
• Experience providing contract management strategy development and contract execution strategy consulting support services to support the award of combined CBP systems operational deployment and/or maintenance support services contracts.

Salary transparency pay range for the Washington DC area: $150k-$190k

The Procurement Team Lead shall assist the Program Manager with ensuring the delivery of qualified and experienced personnel. Supervise contractor team efforts in support of DHS CBP acquisition programs in the formulation, assessment, and execution oversight of contracts awarded to industry partners to develop, field and maintain technical capabilities required to perform the national border security missions in land, air, and maritime domains. Provide contract management strategy development and contract execution strategy consulting support services to support the award of innovative combined CBP systems operational deployment and/or maintenance support services contracts.
