Qualifications
Required Qualifications:
- Active TS/SCI with CI Polygraph
- Bachelor's degree in a STEM field with 10 years of experience; or Master's degree in a STEM field with 8 years of experience
- Space Operations experience either in a NOPS, SOPS, and/or C2 center
- Instructor certification with experience teaching technical topics
Desired Qualifications:
- Experience supporting space operations in the intelligence community
- Experience with Instruction System Design
- Programming experience (e.g. R, Python, etc.)
Responsibilities
You will be part of a dynamic team of Space Operations experts to support all training activiites including:
- Support the Lead Instructor as directed.
- Deliver industry/academica-developed or other government-developed training to educate the workforce on orbital mechanics in ways easily understood by the workforce.
- Provide feedback to the Instructional System Designers on training materials effectiveness and relevancy to the workforce.
- Create, deliver, and maintain a performance measurement system focused on training effectiveness.
- Present statistics on training effectiveness to senior government leadership as required.
