Qualifications

The Program Analyst will serve as an Executive Operations Lead in a high-impact role, overseeing executive operations and execution efforts for the Navy Strategic Systems Programs (SSP) in support of the new Nuclear, Sea-Launched Cruise Missile (SLCM-N) program. Working directly with the Chief of Staff, the candidate will drive program strategy, foster team cohesion, and ensure operational excellence. This role involves developing and advising on program policies, procedures, and directives, establishing goals, and overseeing their execution. Responsibilities include mentoring and training analysts, managing cross-functional directives, spearheading policy development, and ensuring effective collaboration among stakeholders to build a unified approach to achieving objectives.

 

Additional duties include supporting hiring processes, prioritizing recruitment goals, and ensuring alignment across the SLCM-N program branches. The candidate will also coordinate the preparation of programmatic artifacts, such as policy documents, white papers, presentations, and reports, while analyzing data to provide actionable recommendations to leadership. Through a combination of leadership, strategic advisory, and operational oversight, the ideal candidate will leverage expertise in process optimization, strategic communication, and stakeholder engagement to foster a culture of efficiency and innovation, directly influencing the success of this mission-critical program.
