The Shipping Associate will help bring our customers' labels and packaging to life, enabling them to stand out over the competition, and create a customer experience that is second to none. Imagine walking through stores and seeing our labels on your favorite products and brands! 

Shifts Available: 3PM-1AM Monday-Thursday *GENEROUS SHIFT DIFFERENTIAL OFFERED*

Key Responsibilities for Shipping Associate include:

  • Preparing skids and cartons for shipment, including organizing, labeling, and packaging
  • Organizing stock and merchandise within the warehouse by properly unboxing and storing goods in their designated location
  • Assisting with movement of shipments from shipping and receiving area to storage and work areas
  • Preparing and maintaining appropriate documentation for shipping activities
  • Conducting visual inspections, focusing on product quality, safety, team building, and effective waste management
  • Effectively working with a diverse group of people and personalities using communication and collaboration skills
  • Learning the business through fulfilling the needs of our customers

The ideal candidate must demonstrate:

  • Effective time management, attention to detail, and multi-tasking skills
  • Solid computer skills, including the ability to learn new computer systems, such as UPS software
  • Good math, reading, and writing skills
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to effectively work with a diverse group of people and personalities
  • Ability to provide a high level of customer service, responding promptly and thoroughly to the inquiries of internal customers

Education, Skills, and Experience:

  • Required: High school diploma or equivalent
  • Required: Can perform heavy work, lifting up to 60 pounds, with frequent lifting/carrying of objects weighing up to 25 pounds
  • Required: Ability to read, write, and follow verbal and written instructions in the English language
  • Preferred: Experience with shipping and receiving operations, utilizing warehouse equipment such as forklift and electric pallet jack
  • Preferred: Experience with UPS and/or FedEx software
  • A Plus: Experience working lean manufacturing and ISO quality systems
