THE OPPORTUNITY:
As a Case Assistant you will be part of the firm's Real Estate department and will participate in all aspects of the firm's commercial leasing and acquisition.
THE DAY-TO-DAY:
You will:
- Assist in the management of a large national leasing program.
- Interact with clients.
- Assist in the preparation of lease documentation, deal summaries and other documentation required in connection with high volume national leasing program.
- Play an integral role in developing processes and procedures to enhance efficiency in serving clients.
YOU HAVE:
- Bachelor's degree and a strong desire to learn the fundamentals of real estate (in practice and theory)
- The ability to successfully multi-task, in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment.
- A team player mentality and the ability to work independently, as necessary.
- Experience with Word and Excel and a willingness to learn how to use proprietary firm computer programs.
- The ability to communicate effectively in writing, and verbally, as appropriate for the needs of the audience (clients, internal and external resources).
- Ability to use logic and reasoning to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions or approaches to problems.
- Effective time management skills.
